How is the meat packaged for shipping?
Your order is packed in an eco-friendly, insulated box with enough dry ice to keep your meat frozen throughout the transit process, even if you aren't home for the delivery.
Can I customize the contents of my box?
Yes! While we offer curated boxes, you can choose a Custom Box subscription to select the specific cuts of beef, pork, chicken, and seafood that your family loves most.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
You have full control over your subscription through your account dashboard. You can skip a month, change your delivery frequency, or cancel at any time before your next billing date.
What happens if there is an issue with my order?
We stand behind our products. If your order arrives damaged or if there are any quality concerns, please contact our Member Support team within 7 days for a resolution or credit.
Is your packaging recyclable?
